4枚目に選んだのこれ「EASY-LISTENING PIANO CLASSICS：Godowsky」。CDケースを開けてみると3枚組みでボリュームたっぷり。手助けとなってくれる解説書を見ると英語・・純日本人の私には手に負えないのでGodowskyを検索。良かったウィキペディアにあった。。詳しくはウィキペディアに任せるとして・・。

このCDはEASY-LISTENINGとタイトルに書かれてるように気楽に聞いて欲しいアルバムだろうと思う。しかしレビューなのでしっかり1枚ずつ聞いてみました。

1枚目の11曲目のは聞いたことある。メロディもリズムも印象に残るやつなんだけど、こういう曲が少なく少し退屈かも知れない。全体的にメロディがわかりやすい曲が少ない感じ。ウィキペディアにも書かれてるけど、どうもあまり評価されずに来た作曲家のようで。ただ時折おっと思うメロディを聞かされたりする。15曲目って何かで聞いたことあるんだけど思い出せない・・。

しかし右手と左手の動きはピアニスト泣かせの気がする。ピアノはやっとことないのであれですが・・途中メロディだったりリズムになったりとどんどん変化していかなくてはいけない曲が多い気が・・。真剣に聞いてしまうとダメかも知れないアルバムですね。やはりここはタイトルのように気楽にBGM的に流してさらっと聞くのがよいかも。

■総評

Godowsky、陽気な感じで楽しくなる曲から哀愁のあるメロディの曲もあったりと感受性高い方だったのかと勝手に想像したアルバムでした。

アマゾンでは一曲ずつ買えたりするけど、アルバムとして聴くほうが良いかなと思う。本を読みながらとか他の事をしながら邪魔にならない音量でこのアルバムが流れてる、そんな感じが良い感じ。
